Terms of service

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Peter Hall, who runs myBoothBuzz from Ashland, Kentucky ("we" or "us"). By using myBoothBuzz, you agree to them. Questions go to support@myboothbuzz.com.

What myBoothBuzz does

myBoothBuzz lets managers of vendor malls, markets, and similar locations offer booth update alerts. Shoppers follow booths by email, and vendors send short updates to their followers.

Manager accounts and plans

Vendors

Vendors must keep their access code private and only send updates about their own booth. Managers are responsible for the vendors they give codes to and can remove a booth at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use myBoothBuzz to send anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, or unrelated to the booth. Don't try to guess codes, overload the service, or add people's emails without their permission. We may remove content, pause a booth, or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the booth names and messages you put into myBoothBuzz. You give us permission to store and send them so the service works.

Availability

We work hard to keep myBoothBuzz running, but we can't promise it will always be available or that every email will arrive, since email delivery depends on other companies too.

Limits on our responsibility

myBoothBuzz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost sales, lost profits, or indirect damages, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Big changes will be emailed to managers. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
